Following the Trans-America (TA) route, I plan to pedal about 4200 miles solo, self-contained coast to coast in about 90 days, starting in Astoria, May 26. The TA will lead me down the coast to Eugene then across OR & ID to Missoula, MT. Then, on to Yellowstone to meet my lovely wife, Kathy! She will shadow me along the Continental Divide to Pueblo, CO, about 700 miles. After parting in Pueblo, I'll be heading across MO, KS, southern IL, KY, and VA, ending in Yorktown. Enjoy my story!

Tom -- I'm so glad you're out there seeing the buffalo! I just saw a few in Golden Gate Park . . . Thanks for blogging, I can't believe you're already in Colorado! Have fun!!!
